About the Studio

Growlhouse Recording is a project recording studio in Long Island City, Queens able to track drums and a full band with up to four custom monitor mixes. Backline such as amps, drums and MIDI controllers are available to use covering almost all needs of a recording project. Growlhouse is also capable of assisting producers needs such as drum tracking, guitar reamping, overdubs and editing. The control room is professionally designed to provide a well tuned mixing environment and the Crest console enhances mixes with its summing capabilities.

Growlhouse also offers and off-site option in the live room of Saint Vitus in Greenpoint, only a 10 minute drive away. This room offers a large sound great for tracking drums.

We can also source equipment not offered in-house through other studios and gear providers.
